Last updated: February 7, 2026

Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyCookies

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Plugantic governing your access to and use of the Plugantic website, APIs, dashboards, documentation, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, generating an API key, or otherwise accessing Plugantic, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" will refer to that entity.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Service Description

Plugantic provides a suite of trust intelligence APIs and tools designed for developers, security teams, and businesses. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • RESTful API endpoints for host intelligence, domain lookup, IP analysis, email validation, phone verification, image moderation, and geolocation
  • A web-based dashboard for managing API keys, monitoring usage, reviewing analytics, and configuring account settings
  • Technical documentation, SDKs, code samples, and integration guides
  • Status monitoring, usage alerts, and notification features

Plugantic continuously improves and evolves the platform. Features, endpoints, rate limits, and pricing may be added, modified, deprecated, or removed at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance through the dashboard, email, or documentation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and API tokens.

You agree to: - provide truthful and up-to-date registration information - safeguard all API keys, tokens, passwords, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) credentials - immediately notify Plugantic of any unauthorized access to or use of your account - not share, transfer, or sell your account credentials to any third party

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Plugantic will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not, directly or indirectly:

  • attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any authentication, rate limiting, access control, or security mechanism
  • send abusive, excessive, or malicious traffic, including exploit attempts, denial-of-service attacks, or harmful payloads
  • scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from non-public interfaces or beyond the scope of your authorized access
  • use the Service to infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
  • resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written authorization
  • use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Plugantic's infrastructure

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Service are and shall remain the exclusive property of Plugantic and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all data and content that you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant Plugantic a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Service Availability and SLA

Plugantic strives to maintain high availability and reliable performance, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned incidents, third-party outages, force majeure events, or emergency security mitigation.

Paid plans may include specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments as described in the applicable plan documentation. Free-tier accounts are provided on a best-effort basis without uptime guarantees.

7. Fees, Billing, and Cancellation

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.

  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Plugantic reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice.
  • Additional paid features or services may incur charges as described in your plan terms.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Plugantic, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

Plugantic's total aggregate liability for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Plugantic during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

10. Changes to These Terms

Plugantic reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the dashboard or email.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
